How long is shipping?
Shipping is usually processed 3-5 days after purchasing. However it can take anywhere between 7-10 business days for full processing.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on our items. However if you received the wrong item or incorrect scent, please contact us and we will happily take care of you!

What is your refund policy?
If an item has been damaged during shipping, photographed proof must be submitted through email within 24-48 hours of delivery in order to receive a refund.

What if my item becomes damaged after use?
If damage is due to a manufacturing defect, it may be covered under Amber Luxe Candles, LLC and you may be entitled to a replacement. If the damage is a result of personal neglect, no refunds or replacements can be issued.

Manufacturer Guidelines are as follows: To prevent potential hazards, always burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials, drafts, pets, and children. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Stop use when 1/2 inch of wax remains to prevent overheating and possible glass breakage. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and follow all manufacturer guidelines. Enjoy your candle safely!
